What is Schools for Peace?

Schools for Peace is a mission project of Oak Grove Presbyterian Church in Bloomington, Minnesota. We are committed to raising funds to build a school in Pakistan through the Presbyterian Education Board in Pakistan. Our goal is to raise $50,000. We have committed to this project for two years - from March 2011 to March 2013. We hope to develop a long-term relationship with PEB and the school we will support.

Schools for Peace Kickoff

Join us for our Harvest Dinner Pot Luck Fundraiser at 5:30 pm on Saturday, October 8th at Oak Grove Presbyterian Church.  You are encouraged to bring dishes featuring seasonal produce or Minnesota-made products.


We will be joined by representatives of Friends of PEB and we will also have items for sale made in Pakistan by women affiliated with PEB in Pakistan.
